The PIMC Nurse Advice Line is here to help you understand your medical condition and to help you decide what level of care you will need. To reach them, please call 602-263-1200 and our telephone operators will transfer your call.

If you have a question about a referral, lab results, medication refills, or other non-acute needs, you will be directed to the Call Center. The Call Center can also be reached at 602-263-1695 and our agents are available to direct your questions to the appropriate care team.

The PIMC Nurse Advice Line will not assist you in determining payment responsibilities if you choose to seek care outside of the IHS or if you have questions about PRC, otherwise known as Purchased Referred Care.
