RPMS Admin Bootcamp

Description:
This five day course is designed to provide Site Managers with the knowledge and skills to manage their facility's RPMS system on a daily basis. The course will cover RPMS management functions, utilities, operations, security, and identifying, troubleshooting and resolving common Caché, hardware, and software problems. Students will learn the skills to create and modify menus, add new and edit existing users, monitor and tune scheduled RPMS tasks, identify and resolve system errors, and manage RPMS devices. All RPMS training reservations will be processed by submission date in addition to the order listed below. If there is personnel that have a higher priority you may be bumped to make room for these personnel. Any unfilled seats will be on a first come first serve basis after all priority reservations have been depleted. 1.Primary RPMS Administrator 2.Secondary RPMS Administrator 3.RPMS administrators needing refresher training 4.All other personnel

This is a classroom session: In-person instructor-led lecture and hands-on in an OIT training environment. Participants must be in the classroom to participate. This session is 830-430 P. Nearest Hotels: Holiday Inn Sacramento Capital Plaza, Vaganond Inn Executive Sacramento (Old Town), Hyatt Regency Sacramento, Best Western Sutter House, Holiday Inn Express- Cony Center, Sheraton Grand Sacramento Taxi from the Airport: $60-$75 Certificate: In order to receive a certificate, you must attend the entire training.
