Description: The presentation will cover three areas of formative research within the Office of Health Communication and Education (OHCE). These three areas include Strategic Concept Focus Groups, Creative Concept Focus Groups, and Copy Testing. Each area serves a particular function in building OHCE’s knowledge base. By covering these levels of formative research, and providing examples, the presentation seeks to inform audiences of common practices to develop research for campaign messaging.
