    The outpatient Department offers care for patients across their lifespan working in a Patient-Centered model creating a whole team approach for General Health, Diabetes, Nephrology, Women’s Health, Prenatal, High-Risk OB, Well Child, and Nurse-Only appointment.

    Our walk-in clinic provides care for urgent needs with no appointment necessary. We can take care of patients of all ages who have a non-emergent illness or injury. Here are some of the illnesses we treat:
        Sore Throat, Ear Pain, Toothache, Headache/Migraine, Cold or Flu Symptoms, STIs, Pregnancy Testing, Urinary Tract Symptoms, Musculoskeletal injury, and Simple Laceration.
  • Behavioral Health
    Monday – Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM

    Behavioral Health provides individual, couples, and family therapy for all ages, diagnostic assessments, and evaluation and medication management.
  • Medical Nutritional Therapy & Diabetes Education

    A referral to the department is required.
    MNT is provided by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who can help you learn easy, healthy, and low cost ways to meet your nutrition goals. They can help you prevent or manage health conditions like diabetes, heart disease and cancer.
    The Diabetes Education Program provides a  “team approach” to diabetes care. Comprehensive education, screening and treatment programs provide guidance in diabetes prevention, early diagnosis and management.
  • Pharmacy
    Monday – Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, closed Thursdays 1 PM to 2 PM
    Over the Counter Medication Services – Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5:00 PM, closed daily from 12 to 1 PM
    Pharmacy Primary Care Clinic –  providing care for diabetes, smoking cessation, anticoagulation, asthma, COPD, hepatitis C and much more, including immunization services. If interested, speak with your healthcare team.
    Emergency Department, Inpatient, and Walk-In Clinic pharmacist available to assist with medication needs.

  • Physical Therapy
    Monday – Thursday 8 AM to 4 PM, Friday 8 AM to 11 AM

    Physical Therapy provides services to inpatients and outpatients with a variety of physical disabilities and diagnoses.  Among the diagnoses treated are musculoskeletal dysfunctions, sprains, strains, diabetic foot problems, spinal injuries, fractures, neurologic disabilities, amputations, decreased functional ability, muscle weakness, developmental disabilities, and pain.   A referral to the department is required before an evaluation can be scheduled.
