Janice Chipolla, certified IHS Dentrix Enterprise trainer, presents IHS training options for Dentrix Enterprise version 11.0.20. These include the new, on-demand short training videos created specifically for Role-based IHS Dentrix training, Henry Schein website Dentrix Enterprise training videos and onsite Dentrix Enterprise training available from Henry Schein.

She is also the Implementation Training Specialist for Enterprise Clients assisting with conversions, database design, and validating converted data.? Not only is Janice an experienced trainer, she is also a highly sought out speaker for our user conferences such as Business of Dentistry.? Janice has been the recipient of the Trainer of The Year award three times in her career for her outstanding performance as a certified trainer.?

o   Follow an example of the incorporate videos by clinic staff role to reveal the total time needed for multiple lessons

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
