Johnnie Phillips has been a Certified Trainer with Henry Schein for over 15 years, and has assisted hundreds of practices across the country. Her career spans over 19 years in the dental industry, working with reviewing data for conversions of software, training multiple versions of Dentrix software, and providing instruction for workshops, seminars, and webinars. Her focus on the paperless process, increasing productivity, efficiency and communication has been beneficial when working with Dentrix. Due to Johnnie’s commitment to excellence, she was awarded the IHS Trainer of the Year for 2018.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
