Overview

The RRM Office Services staffing module estimates the requirements for office staff to provide general clerical support, receptionist & telephone support, mail management, property management, appointments and scheduling support. The workload parameter that is the key variable in the staffing estimation is the total facility staff.

Services Description:

The Office Services staff perform the following list of activities:

  • General clerical support
  • Receptionist & telephone

  • Appointments and scheduling

Staffing Criteria

If facility has less than 15 FTEs the Office staff FTE is the fraction of the total staff divided by 15.

Fixed Office staff of 2 FTEs for every 50 staff facility plus, 0.20 FTE for every 50 FTEs above 50.
