Template Downloads

The following example note templates may be opened with the Electronic Health Record. To download on a desktop:

1. Right click the file to download.
2. Choose "Save Link As" to save the file to your desired location.
3. Navigate to EHR/RPMS and import the file into your templates. In most cases, this will require your local informaticist's help. For further assistance, please see the note template import instructions below.
