Identifying the Audience

If the Course Director / Instructor cannot set the audience for a course for any reason, the Continuing Dental Education (CDE) Administrator can fulfill this task. Follow these steps to identify the audience for a course:

  1. Click the “Administration” tab in main navigation
  2. Under the Administration tab, click “Catalog” to go to the Admin Catalog page
  3. On the Admin Catalog page, click the Course Number to go to the Course Detail page for the course you must edit
  4. On the Course Detail page, click the “Edit Course” button to go to the Edit Course Wizard
  5. Click the “Audience” tab at the top of the form
  6. Select an Audience from the list provided
  7. Click “Add” button to add the selected audience to the list of targeted personnel
  8. To remove an audience type from a course, click the “Remove” link next to the audience name
