Adding / Updating Course Details
Occasionally, the CDE Administrator or Course Director will be required to make changes to the course detail. Course detail information includes the following:
Title, Facility, City, State, Start Date, End Date, Level, Quota Min, Quota Max, Summary, Learning Objectives, Prerequisites, Travel (for inclusion of travel and lodging information)
To change course detail information, follow these steps:
- Click the “Administration” tab in main navigation
- Under the Administration tab, click “Catalog” to go to the Admin Catalog page
- On the Admin Catalog page, locate the course to edit
- Click the Course Number to go to the Course Detail page
- On the Course Detail page, click the “Edit Course” button to go to the Edit Course Wizard
- Click the “Details” tab at the top of the form
- Enter / change the information in the text boxes provided as needed
- Click the “Submit” button to finalize the modifications
