Summary:

This is a recorded webinar of the Oklahoma City-Bemidji-Great Plains 2020 Area Dental Meeting, which was offered over 5 sessions in August 2020.

The fifth session was entitled: “What’s Old, What’s New in Oral Cavity Cancer? ”

Dr. Krempl sees patients with cancers of the skin, mouth, nose, throat, thyroid and salivary glands. His lecture will review minimally invasive surgical techniques and rehabilitation after cancer surgery in the head & neck and will include oral cavity cancer screening with management and reconstruction measures of oral cancer.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will be able to:
•   Review oral cavity screening and modern techniques
•   Discuss the difficult case- what to do when your eyes and the pathology report differently.
•   Review modern management of advanced oral cavity cancers- reconstructive techniques and rehabilitation

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
