DE0442: IHS Monthly EDR Series: Online Training Videos & Resources for IHS Dentrix EDR Version 11.0.20 Upgrades [Recorded Webinar]
During this webinar the attendee will achieve a familiarity with our new Learning Matrix, which will offer a prioritized group of concise role-based videos and will serve as a pre-training start on features in EDR Version 11.0.20. Additionally, the attendee will learn how to access V11.0.20 information available via www.dentrixenterprise.com, as well as gain an understanding of how to navigate the website to locate, identify and review both pre-recorded instructional videos, and documentation on the features available in the new Dentrix Enterprise Version 11.0.20.
Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:
1. Better understand the concept and future use of the Learning Matrix, our “pre-training” role-based learning library.
2. Review steps to take to access V11.0.20 information available via www.dentrixenterprise.com.
3. Identify where to locate, and review, three examples of Dentrix Enterprise Version 11.0.20 documentation.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
