The Indian Health Service (IHS) California Area Office (CAO) Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides technical, clinical systems, security, and telecommunications support to Tribal, Urban Indian, and IHS health programs throughout California.

OIT supports both the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) and the implementation of the new Electronic Health Record (EHR), ensuring continuity of care and system stability during the transition period.

Our services include clinical application support, information security and compliance oversight, infrastructure and network management, data reporting, and website administration.
