Ethics and Personnel Security/Suitability
IHS has robust ethics and personnel security/suitability programs to ensure that IHS employees and contractors meet applicable Federal ethics, security and suitability requirements. These programs are important to ensure that IHS staff are properly screened and investigated before being granted access to systems and sensitive information. The ethics program advises employees about their obligation to comply with Federal principles and standards of ethical conduct. These programs are managed by the Office of Human Resources, Division of Personnel Security and Ethics.
