In lieu of this year’s annual conference, the California Area Indian Health Service is hosting a California Healthcare Best Practices Education Webinar Series scheduled throughout the year. Each session will be held virtually via Zoom. Continuing education will be provided to those that attend the live events.

This session introduces lipedema and its clinical significance, with a focus on differentiating it from obesity, lymphedema, and related conditions. Participants will learn to recognize key clinical features and stages of lipedema and apply evidence-informed conservative management strategies to support effective, patient-centered care.
