Dennehotso Health Station, a facility under the Kayenta Service Unit, is located in Northeast Arizona with administrative oversight provided by the Kayenta Health Center. This ambulatory care facility is located 25 miles east of the Kayenta Health Center. Service are provided 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and the health station is closed on Wednesdays and Fridays. Emergency Services are provided at the Kayenta Health Center.

The facility is staffed by one physician and one registered nurse who provide routine outpatient ambulatory only services for a broad range of patients that includes internal and family medicine, nurse only visits, laboratory, pharmacy and health education.
