The Four Corners Regional Health Center (FCRHC) is located in Red Mesa, Arizona near the borders of Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. FCRHC opened in January 2007 and is under the administrative oversight of Shiprock Service Unit. FCRHC provides ambulatory care, sub-acute care and community health services in the following areas: family medicine, internal medicine, optometry, dental, pharmacy, radiology, physical therapy, laboratory, social services, case management, mental health, public health nursing; diabetes education, health promotion and disease prevention; and traditional medicine.
