                 Here are some initial questions we have :

1. Is your clinic(s) still open?
2. If not, how long has it been closed?
3. Are there any supplies, medicines etc. that you need at your clinic?
4. Have the communities you serve been impacted in any way?
5. If so, what do you need to ensure that critical needs can be met?
6. Are there any other concerns/issues you would like us to address?
