This webinar equips clinic staff with practical strategies to build personalized resilience, apply the Ask–Listen–Empower framework to workplace challenges, and use the Stanford Model of Occupational Well-being to support all clinic provider types advancing health care in Native communities. Participants will learn to address stress, enhance well-being, and improve care delivery through culturally responsive and systems-informed approaches.
