Description:
This session will provide an evidence-based overview of screening, diagnosing, and managing Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) in primary care. Participants will learn to identify patients using validated screening tools and DSM-5-TR criteria, apply pharmacologic and behavioral treatment strategies, and implement practice changes to improve the identification, treatment, and follow-up of patients with AUD.
