Description:

This webinar will review evidence-based cancer screening best practices with a focus on improving screening rates and follow-up in California Tribal and Urban Indian healthcare settings. Participants will learn how to apply current guidelines, use EHR tools to identify patients due for screening, and implement culturally responsive, coordinated care strategies to support timely diagnosis and improved patient outcomes.
