This session will cover a practical, 3-step approach for primary care, identify at-risk patients, stratify severity using eGFR/UACR and risk calculators, and act with the latest evidence-based therapies, to catch chronic kidney disease earlier and slow its progression. It will also touch on health equity, referral red flags, and genetic causes of kidney diseases.
